Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms tailored for 2026-scale data challenges.
- Define the technical roadmap and best practices for integrating quantum processors into existing AI infrastructure.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior architects and machine learning engineers in quantum computing methodologies.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to optimize software for specific quantum hardware architectures.
- Publish white papers and present technical findings at top-tier international conferences.
- Identify and evaluate emerging quantum computing technologies to ensure our stack remains cutting-edge.
- Drive the implementation of scalable cloud-native solutions for quantum workloads.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software architecture, specifically within AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability, and complex optimization problems.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of innovation in a research or development environment.
