Responsibilities
- Lead System Design: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant quantum neural networks designed to operate in the 2026 technological landscape.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research initiatives focused on post-silicon computing and photonic integration.
- Algorithm Optimization: Develop proprietary algorithms that leverage quantum superposition for real-time predictive analytics.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical milestones required to achieve our Year 2026 vision, including hardware-software co-design.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in AI/ML.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch; experience with Qiskit or Cirq is highly preferred.
- Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and design systems for future scalability and efficiency.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, multi-variable engineering problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
