Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable Python web applications using Django and Flask.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs that serve millions of requests.
- Optimize database queries and system architecture for high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI and Product Management.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality standards.
- Deploy applications to cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with a focus on security and scalability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with Python and Django/Flask frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent understanding of version control systems, specifically Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
