Responsibilities
- Define and own the 2026 product roadmap for the Neural Interface Platform, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and researchers to deliver high-quality software releases on time.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends in neurotech.
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling product narratives for stakeholders and investors.
- Oversee user testing and feedback loops to iterate on UX/UI for non-invasive brain-computer interfaces.
- Ensure compliance with emerging regulations regarding neural data privacy and safety.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years specifically in AI, Machine Learning, or Neurotech.
- Technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Cognitive Science.
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex B2B or B2C products.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, data privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA), and ethical AI frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Master's degree preferred (PhD in a related field is a plus).
