Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and prioritization of features for the next-gen AI platform.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric product requirements.
- Market Innovation: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends (AGI, Neural Interfaces) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex product strategies to executive leadership and investors to secure buy-in.
- Product Lifecycle: Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept and design to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize advanced analytics to measure product performance and iterate on KPIs for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of product management experience in high-growth tech environments, with at least 2 years leading AI or Future Tech initiatives.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to define long-term product strategies and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, cloud architecture, and machine learning models.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical details for diverse audiences.
- Agile Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
