Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to build robust, scalable features.
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize the product roadmap.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead stakeholder management, translating complex technical requirements into compelling business narratives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the tech industry, with a focus on Fintech or SaaS.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Aha!, etc.).
