Responsibilities
- Define product roadmap and strategy for fintech platform initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) through product lifecycles
- Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities

- Measure KPIs and iterate based on performance data
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on product vision

Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B tech
- Proven track record launching successful SaaS products
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in fintech or financial services industry preferred
