Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to implementation for iOS/Android applications
- Develop comprehensive design systems and UI components ensuring consistency across platforms
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect solutions
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design with 3+ years in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex system design and user research
- Proficiency in A/B testing and data-driven design methodologies
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
