Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and inform product iterations.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and feature sets.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of our design system and best practices.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles across the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or Interaction Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
