Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Lead the migration of legacy workloads to microservices-based Kubernetes environments.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and testing processes.
- Collaborate with data scientists to optimize data pipelines for machine learning models.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a platform or infrastructure role.
- Deep expertise in Rust, Go, or Python.
- Strong proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with distributed systems and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale deployments and high-traffic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
