Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain complex network architecture including LAN, WAN, and wireless environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-level network incidents and outages to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and manage enterprise-grade firewalls, VPNs, and network security protocols.
- Conduct regular network audits, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business-critical applications and migrations.
- Document network configurations, policies, and technical diagrams for knowledge transfer.
- Lead technical projects and mentor junior network engineers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Valid Cisco CCNP or CCIE certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in network engineering and infrastructure management.
- Deep knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), switching, VLANs, and TCP/IP.
- Experience with network security appliances (Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Cisco Firepower).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
