Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI and drive continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional projects with design, sales, and product teams
- Manage $500K+ annual marketing budget with precise allocation tracking
- Create compelling content (blog posts, emails, social media) that resonates with target audiences
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities
- Maintain and grow CRM database for lead nurturing and segmentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
