Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and data pipelines using Python and modern ML frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize models for inference speed and accuracy, ensuring low latency in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, A/B testing, and model evaluation to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the AI department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of NLP, LLMs, or Computer Vision is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments.
