Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, focusing on NLP and generative AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI strategy.
- Optimize ML pipelines for latency, throughput, and scalability in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model accuracy and ethical AI compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development within the organization.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade ML models.
