Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory
- Oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure platforms
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network and system issues
- Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives
- Collaborate with development teams on DevOps pipeline implementation
- Document system architectures and create technical procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Certifications (CompTIA Security+, AWS/Azure Certified Solutions Architect)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours during system upgrades
