Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and Resolve: Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime for the organization.
- Incident Management: Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets using our ITSM platform to ensure rapid response times.
- Network Administration: Monitor network performance, configure firewalls, and ensure secure connectivity across all office locations.
- Hardware Deployment: Oversee the provisioning, setup, and maintenance of workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- User Training: Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower staff with self-service technical knowledge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or Systems Administration.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments, Active Directory, and remote access tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of resolving complex technical issues efficiently.
