Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex network, hardware, and software issues across enterprise systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Manage Active Directory, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and endpoint management solutions
- Lead cross-departmental IT projects with agile methodologies
- Create technical documentation and SOPs for team scalability
- Provide Tier 3 support escalation for critical business systems
- Maintain 99.9% uptime for production environments
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support with Windows/Linux administration
- Certified CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization (VMware)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with ITIL framework and service management tools
- Ability to troubleshoot under pressure with minimal supervision
