Responsibilities
- Architect and train proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for high-scale enterprise deployment.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to reduce latency and significantly lower operational costs.
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, including rigorous bias mitigation, data privacy compliance, and interpretability.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge techniques in reinforcement learning, multimodal generation, and few-shot prompting.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the AI research division.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar modern LLM frameworks.
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s or PhD is highly preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
