Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions for enterprise-level applications.
- Lead the technical vision for the '2026 Initiative,' focusing on autonomous agents and predictive modeling.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate high-level roadmap requirements into technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for AI model training, fine-tuning, and deployment using MLOps pipelines.
- Ensure system resilience, data privacy, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and neural network architectures.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-growth startup environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
