- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to anticipate market disruptions and competitive threats
- Develop thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning our vision for 2026 technology adoption
- Mentor junior strategists and build a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP) preferred
