Responsibilities

- Architect ethical AI frameworks with built-in bias mitigation and transparency protocols
- Develop scalable infrastructure for decentralized autonomous systems (DAS)
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to create brain-computer interface prototypes
- Design carbon-negative data centers using quantum-resistant encryption
- Present findings to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology ethics
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years R&D experience
- Published research in quantum computing or neural interface systems
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of blockchain 3.0 and decentralized autonomous systems
- Experience with neuroimaging technologies (fMRI, EEG) and signal processing
- Strong background in sustainable tech and carbon footprint optimization
- Track record of securing $500k+ in innovation grants
