Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 strategic vision, identifying key technology gaps and opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives into emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing, Generative AI, and Spatial Computing.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate long-term business objectives into actionable technical milestones.
- Mentor senior engineering teams on architectural best practices and future-proofing methodologies.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical architecture with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
