Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive stakeholders on emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, industry consortia, and think tanks
- Design and implement AI-driven forecasting models to predict long-term industry trajectories
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience translating complex insights into executive-level recommendations
- Strong portfolio of published foresight research or strategic frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across technology, product, and business domains
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or related innovation methodology
