- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and quantify emerging opportunities in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Produce actionable intelligence reports for executive decision-making, including risk assessments and innovation roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks to accelerate future-readiness
- Integrate future-thinking principles into product development cycles and organizational transformation initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of continuous innovation across all departments
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, trend analysis, and scenario planning
