Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision framework incorporating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Produce annual Future Impact Reports analyzing technological disruption vectors
- Establish partnerships with global research institutions and policy think tanks
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and investor community
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies or scenario planning methodologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into business value
