Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on post-2025 market evolution
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports on quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Design innovation pipelines integrating metaverse, Web3, and AGI capabilities
- Mentor junior futurists in futures thinking methodologies
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive boards and investor forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research (Harvard Business Review/MIT Sloan preferred)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized AI
- Experience advising C-suite on 5-10 year strategic pivots
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future narratives
