Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and priorities
- Conduct market research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Author strategic white papers and thought leadership content for industry conferences
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting technology adoption
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology forecasting, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI, biotech, quantum)
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization proficiency (Tableau/Power BI)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication for executive audiences
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
