Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives and industry disruptors
- Produce actionable trend reports and scenario-planning documents for Fortune 500 clients
- Design and facilitate immersive future-vision workshops for global stakeholders
- Build and maintain AI-powered forecasting models for emerging technologies
- Represent the company at premier global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and drive continuous evolution of our foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with 50+ executive-level workshops delivered
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Fluency in foresight software tools (e.g., Foresight Pro, Trendalyzer)
