Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks through trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Produce high-impact research reports on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future trends into 3-5 year roadmaps
- Represent Innovatech at global forums, presenting visionary insights to industry stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Strong data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
