Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data from 50+ sources to identify disruptive trends with 3-5 year impact
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing adoption and climate resilience
- Present quarterly strategic briefings to C-suite and board members
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping 2026 market opportunities
- Build and manage a network of 100+ futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author annual Horizon Report distributed to Fortune 500 executives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product management
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario modeling methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Fluency in trend analysis platforms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, Futures Platform)
- Experience advising C-level executives on emerging technology adoption
