- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Reports' analyzing disruptive technologies, market shifts, and geopolitical impacts
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership, modeling 5-10 year strategic pathways
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Design and oversee 'Future Proof' innovation initiatives with $5M+ annual budgets
- Present strategic briefings to Board of Directors and Fortune 100 clients
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and data scientists using proprietary trend-analysis tools
- Author thought leadership pieces published in Harvard Business Review and TechCrunch
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of C-suite influence and large-scale transformation initiatives
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech forecasting
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals or top-tier business publications
- Proficiency in Foresight Pro, Trendalyzer, or similar strategic modeling platforms
- Experience with UN Sustainable Development Goals and global policy frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term strategic implementations
