Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic patterns, and global megatrends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for AI integration, climate resilience, and human-machine collaboration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into R&D priorities and business strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate disruptive startups in exponential tech domains
- Establish early-warning systems for regulatory changes and ethical implications of emerging innovations
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with proven impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Economics, or related quantitative field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published author or recognized speaker at global innovation/futurism conferences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term strategic adaptation
