Responsibilities

- Represent the company at industry conferences, forums, and media engagements as a thought leader.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in developing their futurist and strategic skills.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Studies, Technology Management, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist research.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic initiatives in a tech-driven environment.
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, blockchain, and biotechnology.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Published author or frequent speaker at industry events is highly desirable.
