Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product roadmaps and market entry strategies
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate vision and long-term planning
- Present complex future scenarios to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visual storytelling
- Establish innovation pipelines by evaluating emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Mentor junior strategists and build cross-functional futurist capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures research methodologies
- Strong track record translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable outcomes
