Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends using predictive modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to prepare for 2026+ disruptions
- Author high-impact trend briefs and white papers published in industry-leading journals
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Mentor junior futurists and build proprietary trend-detection algorithms
- Present findings at global forums like Davos and Web Summit
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of trend analysis published in top-tier publications
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic risk methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Experience with exponential technology ecosystems (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Research (CFR) or similar preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful futures implementations
