Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks and foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future-focused insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Design and facilitate immersive workshops on future literacy and strategic foresight methodologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight into compelling narratives for stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and cultural signals to anticipate paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or strategic foresight publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in global, fast-paced environments
