In this position, you'll lead cross-functional teams in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis, ensuring our clients stay ahead of disruptive forces. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex future projections into executable strategies while maintaining our position at the forefront of innovation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and disruptive trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop and facilitate scenario planning workshops for executive teams across Fortune 500 companies
- Produce strategic foresight reports and trend briefs with actionable recommendations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready business models
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Present strategic insights at executive summits and industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate planning
- Proven track record of developing and implementing scenario planning frameworks
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence trends
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative storytelling abilities
- Strong network within futurist communities (Association of Professional Futurists membership preferred)
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and board members
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trendalyzer)
