Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (AI quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for next-gen product portfolios
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with C-suite stakeholders
- Produce trend reports influencing $500M+ R&D pipelines
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Stanford for cutting-edge research
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies in enterprise ecosystems
- Mentor futurist talent across global innovation centers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or emerging tech innovation
- Published research in exponential technologies (peer-reviewed)
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep network with global innovation ecosystems (Y Combinator, DARPA, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
