Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight initiatives using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate future insights into product development and business strategy
- Author thought leadership publications and present to executive stakeholders on emerging technology impacts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future opportunities through market modeling and risk assessment frameworks
- Champion innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and internal futurist training programs
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological signals affecting our 2026 vision
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing enterprise-level strategic foresight programs
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or technology strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience advising executive leadership on future-oriented transformation
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
