Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to build 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for clients navigating 2026+ market transformations
- Lead innovation workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Author high-impact thought leadership on future of work, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Manage a portfolio of emerging technology pilots (quantum, biotech, neural interfaces)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to Fortune 500 boards and government agencies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 2026+ roadmaps for global enterprises
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi methods)
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, ICF) preferred
