Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives, identifying and analyzing disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop future scenario models and roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing integration
- Partner with product teams to embed innovation frameworks into development lifecycles
- Host executive workshops on emerging tech implications and competitive positioning
- Build and manage an ecosystem of innovation partners, startups, and academic institutions
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry conferences
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and marketing teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in AI, biotechnology, or quantum computing domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder engagement
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience managing global innovation ecosystems and partnerships
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFSP) strongly preferred
