Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market trends to forecast industry landscapes through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-generation solutions and future-proof business models
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing technologies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight analytics framework
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools and futures modeling software
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
