Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to map 5-10 year horizons
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite stakeholders across diverse sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof business models
- Author high-impact foresight reports and thought leadership content for industry forums
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience with foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
