Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, geopolitical shifts, and socioeconomic indicators to map 2026+ scenarios
- Design and lead strategic foresight initiatives for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and sustainability sectors
- Develop future-proof business models and digital transformation roadmaps
- Present compelling futures narratives to executive stakeholders and investor groups
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and innovation analysts
- Publish thought leadership in leading industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published author or keynote speaker in futures/innovation spaces
