Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech sectors
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 market evolution
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Produce high-impact futurist reports and executive briefings
- Manage cross-functional R&D incubators for emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or patents
