Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through quantitative/qualitative research
- Develop and maintain multi-scenario strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 innovation pipeline
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future trends and risk/opportunity assessment
- Architect organizational frameworks for rapid adaptation to emerging paradigms
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Publish thought leadership content establishing industry foresight authority
- Manage external partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial innovation
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Strong data storytelling abilities with proficiency in trend visualization tools
