Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies (quantum AI, bio-integration, neural interfaces) and their market impacts by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients navigating post-2025 tech transitions
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation for technological disruptions
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging tech ethics and regulatory frameworks
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for prototyping future-forward solutions
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of tech trend analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of delivering C-suite-level trend analysis for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in quantitative forecasting models (Delphi, scenario planning) and qualitative ethnographic research
- Deep understanding of 2024-2026 tech convergence points (AI x quantum x biotech)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Trendalyzer)
