Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech sectors
- Develop and publish annual foresight reports with strategic recommendations
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive teams and external stakeholders
- Architect pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Present strategic briefings to board members and investors
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional innovation teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CIP)
