Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation domains
- Develop 2026-focused scenario plans and innovation roadmaps for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models and organizational design
- Produce high-impact thought leadership reports and present at industry conferences
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Advise internal stakeholders on strategic investments in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or thought leadership
- Experience working with global clients across multiple industries
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
