- Develop and execute multi-year foresight roadmaps targeting 2026+ technology inflection points
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct horizon scanning across quantum computing, neurotech, and climate resilience domains
- Author strategic white papers published in journals like 'Futures & Policy Review'
- Mentor junior futurists in our Emerging Tech Accelerator program
- Partner with R&D to validate prototype feasibility against future market needs
- Present findings at global forums like World Economic Davos Summit
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures/technology journals
- Expertise in STEEP-V analysis and Delphi methodology
- Track record advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Proficiency in futures simulation tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Trendalyzer)
- Public speaking experience at global innovation conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year horizon forecasts
